Entry display, product licensing, production, compensation, and official history serve different purposes. One permission must not quietly become every permission.

Current evidence
The repository confirms copyright retention, scoped permissions, separate production rights, attribution, protected evidence, and compensation through an approved signed agreement. It does not approve the final agreements or economics.
Fourteen public commitments
The applicable approved agreement and Official Rules must supply exact legal terms before an artist is asked to act.
Review, display, selection, or archive presence does not make the Artwork zHezar property.
Only the permissions stated for the applicable competition, product, campaign, or archive purpose may apply.
Permission to review or show an entry does not authorize merchandise production.
Manufacturing rights require approved terms distinct from the entry relationship.
The applicable agreement must preserve the artist's authority over proposed creative alterations.
Production-required changes must stay inside a disclosed and approved boundary.
Official presentation connects the credited artist, Artwork, and release.
Approved work and participation may remain visible without exposing private evidence.
Official history stays distinct from unrestricted submission or source-file publication.
Exposure, attention, selection, or archive presence does not replace approved compensation.
Financial and identity records are not ordinary public artist-profile content.
Process, identity, rights, and review evidence require purpose-limited access and handling.
An automated score may inform review but cannot conclusively decide human creation.
A consequential decision receives the reviewed route defined by its approved policy.

Each document has a different job, owner, review path, version, and acceptance point. None of the unavailable documents is created here.

Permission layers
A submission relationship may support official review and a defined preview. It must not silently become an unlimited product, later-Edition, derivative, campaign, or archive license.
Review and evidence
Human-creation review must protect artist evidence, distinguish a technical signal from proof, record the decision, and provide the approved response path for eligible consequential outcomes.
No score conclusively proves that a work was or was not generated.
Only approved, necessary process or rights evidence should enter a protected review.
The applicable policy must define reviewers, evidence, reasons, and authority.
The final route must define timing, independence, permitted evidence, and authoritative outcome.
Public-promise limits
The final program must state its limits instead of using exposure, visibility, a profile, or a future product as an implied guarantee.
Selection is guaranteed.
Manufacturing is guaranteed.
A product will remain available permanently.
A specific sales volume will occur.
A specific payout exists unless the approved contract establishes it.
Every submission will be released publicly.
Artwork copying can be prevented completely.
Every requested production change will be approved.
Profile access continues permanently after every type of restriction.
