Privacy / current public release

A public page should know only what it needs.

Today this site delivers static public reading. It does not turn curiosity into an account, advertising profile, support case, or product record.

Current application code / not a universal data claim

Delivery boundary

Static Firebase Hosting

Static does not mean invisible to the network.

A browser still requests files from Firebase Hosting, and infrastructure may process ordinary delivery and security information. This page describes the application behavior we can verify; it is not a final data inventory or Privacy Policy.

Observable now

Four facts about this release.

Each claim is intentionally limited to the website behavior visitors can use today.

  1. 01

    No optional trackers

The public application code initializes no analytics, advertising, personalization, or consent platform.

  2. 02

    No public intake

The live pages contain no form submission, account sign-in, upload, payment, Claim, or support-case action.

  3. 03

    No application persistence

The current public pages do not initialize cookies, local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, or a Firebase client.

  4. 04

    Local presentation

Fonts, styles, scripts, and abstract visual geometry are served as part of the static site rather than loaded from marketing embeds.

Public and private

Visibility must follow purpose.

What a person chooses to publish is not permission to expose the account, transaction, evidence, or security records behind it.

Public presentation

Approved product truth

Artist attribution, official releases, Edition facts, and privacy-safe history may become public only when their owning systems are active.

Protected authority

Account and evidence records

Identity, contact, payment, address, private owner data, ballots, support, evidence, and security signals remain protected.

Future purpose gates

Data follows an activated purpose—or it is not collected.

These categories describe why future systems may need information. They are not evidence that collection is happening today.

  1. 01

    Identity

Authentication, account protection, eligibility, and recovery.

  2. 02

    Participation

Entries, voting, reviews, evidence, and appeals.

  3. 03

    Commerce

Payments, orders, shipping, returns, and required records.

  4. 04

    Product history

Verification, Claim, Ownership, transfer, and provenance.

  5. 05

    Operations

Support, security, abuse prevention, monitoring, and legal duties.
