Business questions, collaborations, press, accessibility needs, and general support can start through the public channels below. Sensitive account, payment, ownership, security, and evidence details should wait for a protected process.

The addresses below are presented as contact information. This page itself does not send, store, or submit a message.

Safe first message

Four things are usually enough to begin.

The goal of the first message is routing, not proving the whole case.

  1. 01Name

Your name and organization, when relevant.

  2. 02Purpose

What kind of question, request, or collaboration you are contacting us about.

  3. 03Context

A short non-sensitive summary and any relevant public page or product study.

  4. 04Reply

A contact method you control and are comfortable using.

Keep these details protected

Some questions can start by email. The evidence behind them should not.

When a matter depends on private identity, payment, ownership, security, or legal evidence, the eventual resolution needs the controls appropriate to that record.

  1. 01

    Account or identity

Recovery, unauthorized access, identity correction, and private account records need a protected support process.

  2. 02

    Orders or payments

Future order, payment, delivery, return, exchange, or refund matters should use the system connected to the transaction.

  3. 03

    Claim or Ownership

Authenticity disputes, Claim, Ownership, transfer, replacement, and private product history require controlled evidence and account authority.

  4. 04

    Security or legal

Security reports, legal notices, private evidence, and other sensitive matters should not be placed in an ordinary public introduction.

Never include in an ordinary message

Passwords, reusable codes, full payment credentials, private evidence, or security secrets.

A familiar logo, sender name, thread, link, QR code, or case-like reference is not enough by itself to establish that someone is authorized to request sensitive information.

If your question is about what the public site currently does with information, the Privacy page explains the present boundary in more detail.
