These distinctions apply anywhere a visitor could confuse appearance, possession, or a public statement with authority.
Interface is not activation
A route, control, or status treatment does not mean the underlying provider or workflow is open.
Visibility is not authority
A badge, tag, profile, receipt, or public statement cannot replace the protected authoritative record.
Detection is not proof
Scores and technical signals can support review; they do not establish authorship, fraud, or guilt alone.

zHezar may use software to organize information, protect access, detect inconsistency, or make review more efficient. Those tools do not become the artist, the voter, the owner, or the decision-maker.
Consequential decisions require understandable reasons, proportionate evidence, and human review. Private evidence stays outside public punishment. Corrections create a visible record instead of silently rewriting certified history.
“More technology” is not the visual goal. More legible authority is.
