An effective policy is one part of a safe opening.

Public registration remains closed until the server presents this exact document version and the security, provider, privacy-request, support, and canary checks pass.

Eight rules for protected account access.

These account terms apply to zHezar accounts offered in the United States. Product, sale, contest, artist, or other feature-specific terms may apply separately when those features are offered.

  1. 01

    Account eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a zHezar account. You must provide accurate information through an approved identity provider and use an account only for yourself.

  2. 02

    One protected identity

    Do not share access, impersonate another person, evade a suspension, or interfere with another account. Keep your provider and recovery methods secure.

  3. 03

    Google and Apple access

    zHezar may offer Google and Apple sign-in. Those providers operate their own services and policies; using either provider does not give zHezar your provider password.

  4. 04

    Respectful use

    Do not abuse, probe, overload, automate against, scrape protected areas of, or use zHezar to harm people, artists, products, records, or infrastructure.

  5. 05

    No automatic product right

    Creating an account does not guarantee access to a release, purchase, allocation, claim, ownership record, transfer, vote, reward, or future feature.

  6. 06

    Safety actions

    zHezar may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, the brand, products, records, legal duties, or service integrity. Applicable review or appeal paths will be explained when available.

  7. 07

    Account closure

    You may request account closure or eligible data deletion through the published privacy and support process. Some records may need to be retained for security, transactions, disputes, legal duties, or product provenance.

  8. 08

    Policy changes

    A material update receives a new version and effective date. When renewed acceptance is required, account access may remain limited until that exact version is accepted.
